This quiz is loosely based on the mind-body integrated approach to well-being and has been adapted by Sister Lilian from Sister Lilian Centre, who since her career started in 1975, has been interested to find more effective and innovative ways of helping people understand themselves and attain the best ‘bio-emotional’ results they possibly can.
Sister Lilian has consistently observed that humans can be divided into three main ‘bio-emotional’ categories. These categories bear some similarities to those of other personality theories and mind-body wellness approaches. Sister Lilian calls the categories ‘bio-emotional’ because they reflect some typical physical traits (‘bio’) and some typical psychological (or emotional) traits. Identifying these recurring categories led Sister Lilian to formulate ways of helping people in a more individual way, instead of expecting everyone to respond in the same way to a single health or nutritional approach.
The purpose of this fun quiz is to show that, just as most people accept that they are and have a right to be an individual, everyone should know and accept that in practice this means that there is not only one right way to eat, to exercise, or to treat health problems.
