CLASS 1:
Pregnancy and Birth Prep
This module includes summarised course notes, a list of ‘Nursery needs’, a sheet of ‘Pregnancy nutrition’ tips and an instruction sheet about ‘How to do perineal massage’.
CLASS 2:
Labour and Birth
This module includes summarised course notes, a ‘Sample birth plan’, a list to help you pack a really helpful ‘Birth bag’, and one for the best ‘Postnatal bag’.
CLASS 3:
You and Baby After Birth
This module includes summarised course notes, an instruction sheet about ‘Burping your baby’, a list to help you know ‘When to see a doctor with your baby’ and an instruction sheet on ‘How to lie down and breastfeed your baby’.
This course which runs for approximately 4 hours is strictly for private home use. The registrant will have lifetime access to the course from the date of registration and may download/print extensive course notes and lists as detailed above.
Most medical aids cover online Antenatal Classes. Once you have registered, please email info@sisterlilian.co.za to request an invoice to submit to your medical aid.
