This course includes 4 videos, one for each trimester and postpartum, to accommodate the physical changes during pregnancy. This course will help you connect with your body and maintain muscle tone, making pregnancy, birth and caring for your baby easier.

CLASS 1:
1st Trimester
You might feel extra tired during this time and experience some form of morning sickness. Your belly is not too big yet, so you can work on the core muscles – the transverse abdominal muscle.
CLASS 2:
2nd Trimester
You will feel more energetic during this trimester, and this is your opportunity to up the exercise! With the right adaptations for pregnancy, this class will really help you feel great!
CLASS 3:
3rd Trimester
Whilst you are feeling very pregnant now, you can still keep moving. This class will help you to open the areas that need to be opened and to connect with the areas that need to be connected with. A great way to prepare you for birth and holding your baby.
CLASS 4:
Postpartum
This class is specifically designed to help you heal your abdominals and bring your core muscles back together. Our goal is to connect through our transverse muscle, a big, wide muscle that wraps around us and helps hold us together. In this class, we will focus on lifting up the pelvic floor and hugging the baby to bring yourself together, creating a vacuum-like sensation in your abdomen.
